What you get
1. Outcomes
Built around your product
Your rates, your changeovers, your sanitation requirements, your floor space — not an adaptation of someone else's machine.
Accountability has one address
Design, fabrication, panel build, controls, install, commissioning — us. No integrator blaming the builder blaming the programmer.
Proven once, built many
When the first machine earns its keep, we build units 2 through 20+ with repeatable quality and falling per-unit cost.
How it works
2. The Process
Step 1
Define what done means
Rates, products, changeover time, and acceptance tests — agreed in writing before design starts. If the product is unusual, we prove the critical mechanism on your real product first.
Step 2
Design and review
Full mechanical, electrical, and controls design, with reviews at the decisions that matter and a drawing package you own.
Step 3
Fabricate, build, and test
Built in our Arvada shop — machining, weldments, panels, and wiring under our roof — then run at factory acceptance before it ships. You're invited.
Step 4
Install and commission
On your floor, run at rate, acceptance signed. Your operators trained, documentation and Certificate of Compliance delivered before we leave.
Proof
3. Recent Work
Recent: a twenty-unit production run delivered on a single contract, holding per-unit repeatability at 22.7 labor hours and $8,956 in materials. Across four runs for that client, 52 machines delivered.
